OUR MISSION

The principal mission of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is to bring professional and non-professional members together to celebrate their passion for fine cuisine and wine while at the same time supporting those who aspire to careers in the food, wine and hospitality fields.

WESTCHESTER NY CHAPTER

 The Westchester NY Chapter was founded by two members of the beverage and hospitality industry with over 70 years of Chaine membership. 
Our members enjoy local dinners where chefs, vintners and wine and food aficionados intermingle with wine and food educators to learn something at each gathering.Westchester NY Bailliage seeks to exceed your dining and wine expectations.  

NATIONAL CHAPTER

 The Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Confrérie de la Chaine des Rotisseurs is the world’s oldest, largest and most prestigious food and wine society. It was founded in 1248 and re-established in 1950 with its headquarters in Paris, France. Wherever our members travel in the world you are welcomed to available dining experiences of that Chapter.
