For this year’s Pro Am at Fairview CC, we have four Chaine Amateurs who will work all afternoon to prepare a Spanish Banquette for Chaine Members and their guests.
They will be using some of the finest Spanish ingredients and recipes that are normally reserved for royalty.
Chef J.G. Perez CCC, Executive Chef of Fairview CC, along with Chef Christopher J. Reveron CEC, Executive Chef of Apawamis CC and Chef Rotisseur of the Westchester NY Chaine, will direct the Amateurs.
The wines served will also take you to long heralded wine regions of Spain.
